Specialization strategy phase (1993-2000)
Characteristics: develop and customize wireless electronic products according to the specific demands, probe into and accumulate the experience of radio technology developing and product production management, lay a foundation for future development.
Brand strategy phase (2001-2005)
Characteristics: develop from the customized products to our own brand, and release the series products at the end of 2001: wireless paging high-power transmitter, wireless signal integrated tester, paging system for hotels and mmcall wireless service calling system. Run the capital in the way of “market application”, thrust the brand “mmcall”, push the market run in the way of brand strategy, and try to expand the scale of the enterprise in the shortest time and with lowest cost.
Internationalized strategy phase (2006- )
